Vivek Sehgal is a business leader with over 35 years of experience across enterprise technology, analytics, retail, and distribution, with a career defined by building organisations, opening new markets, and delivering strong commercial and social outcomes through strategic partnerships with global institutions. He began in Sales and Marketing at Hindustan Unilever and later became an entrepreneur, most recently leading an agritech venture focused on enterprise engagement solutions for agri enterprises and rural livelihoods. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.A.(Hons) in Economics from SRCC, Delhi.

As Head of Ei Shiksha, Vivek leads growth and partnerships to deepen Ei’s learning impact across government systems and underserved communities across India. He spearheads fundraising, CSR and donor alliances, and collaborations with foundations and multilateral agencies, while also leading government engagement nationally. He anchors program strategy and execution with a field -grounded, partnership-driven approach, building and institutionalising systems for technology-led solutions that improve learning outcomes at scale
